Ryuuyou Kannon (Guanyin of willow leaves)

Ryuuyou Kannon (柳葉観音) is one of the thirty-three forms of Kannon bosatsu (Guanyin), holding a leaf of the willow tree (Salix spp.), which naturally yields salicylic acid (cf. aspirin) and used as medicine.
